20th High School Reunion Already?
Holy Cow! We’re getting kind of old. Have you ever noticed those radio ads that reference mullets and Member’s Only jackets when they talk about really uncool things? Dig out that old yearbook and you’ll realize just how lame we really were. Could “Nushooz” ever have legitimately been listed as a “What’s Hot” group during any other era?
How did this happen so fast anyway? Last time we met in 1997, people were talking about starting families and careers. Fast forward 10 more years and some people are just now changing their first diapers; but others are contemplating paying for college and having empty nest syndrome in their early 40s. Yikes!
Sadly, for a group that grew up with Atari, we’re not very web-savvy yet, so the launch of this site has been a little delayed. If you’re critical about our site, remember that we have the old yearbook and are more than willing to re-publish that glamour photo of you with 8” tall hair or that skinny knit tie. Hate to break it to you, but we weren’t that “killer” back then when we were belting out “I Didn’t Mean to Turn You On” in our Trans-Ams, K-cars, and those jacked up mini trucks with the Centerline rims. And we’re definitely not any cooler now….
